Week I 2010 Cancellation Policy

The deposits for tuition and housing are non-refundable. If we receive notification of cancellation:

1. By July 9th   50% of tuition will be refunded
2. By July 16th 25% of tuition will be refunded
3. No tuition refunds will be considered after July 16th except in cases of medical emergency.
4. Housing fees (minus deposits) will be refunded if notification is received by July 16th.

Week II 2010 Cancellation Policy

2. By June 4th  25% of tuition will be refunded
3. No tuition refunds will be considered after June 4th except in cases of medical emergency.
